Serena Williams accused Umpire Carlos Ramos stealing a point from her in the US Open’s Women’s final.
Its all started when Carlos Ramos issued a game penalty to Serena Williams during her match against Naomi Osaka at Flushing Meadows in New York City.
Serena screamed at Ramos: ‘Every time I play here, I have problems. I did not have coaching, I don’t cheat. You need to make an announcement. I have a daughter and I stand for what’s right. You owe me an apology.
Williams was crying and said : ‘I’ve worked so hard to be in this position.’
Her coach Mouratoglou said after the game: ‘Not once in my life have I ever been called a coaching violation’.
He later tweeted: ‘The star of the show has been once again the chair umpire.
